"Eleven Fifty Five Is Part Irish, Part Parisian, And Pure Glasgow."

The word is getting out. Last weekend, The Observer's Chitra Ramaswamy shared her thoughts on our seasonal approach to bistro dining. It's a testament to the hard work of our team and the incredible producers, foragers and fishermen that ensure we have the best seasonal ingredients for our menus. We truly are humbled, it's a great read.
